What is included in my session?
Upon your arrival, your child will receive his or her own 30minute session. This includes plenty of time with Santa as he plays with them, ask them about what they want for Christmas, find their names on his list, enjoy some cookies, and discover whats in his magic toy bag.
How many children can be included in the session?
We recommend only 1-2 children under 7 years in our basic session. 2-3 children in our Classic session. If you have 4 or more children we recommend our Premier session as we allow for extra time and it includes all the digital images.
My Child is afraid of Santa, what will you do?
We allow plenty of time for your child to get to know Santa. We also do all the individual child photos and family photos before Santa comes in.
How long before I get my photos?
When you come in for your Santa visit we will schedule a day to come and view your photos at our studio(between 3-4 days later). If you book our Premier package you have the option of having us send you the photos when they are finished thru dropbox instead of coming in to view them. We also offer the option to rush edit your photos in 24 hrs for an additional $50 fee.
Are cell phones permitted?
We don't allow parents take photos or video recordings during the visit with Santa as it scares the reindeer. Our videographer can record your session for an additional $50.
